Dimensional control

A module that is 40 mm out is a module that does not connect. We require dimensional surveys against the model at defined stages, check tie-in point positions and orientation specifically, and review the transport and lifting arrangement before release — including whether the module survives its own journey.

Shop testing

Hydrostatic testing, flushing and cleanliness verification are far cheaper in the shop than on site. We witness pressure testing, check cleanliness and preservation before shipment, and confirm that preservation actually survives the sea voyage — open flanges and missing desiccant are a recurring and avoidable cost. Every order runs through the same quality chain: shop pre-qualification, material traceability against mill certificates, in-process and final inspection, and a documentation pack released before shipment.

Failure modes we inspect for

Dimensional surveys against the drawing rather than the current model revision. Tie-in points at the right coordinates but the wrong orientation. Hydrostatic tests performed before final supports, so the tested configuration is not the shipped one. Flushing certified without cleanliness verification.
